Openwork is currently assisting a client in their search to fill an Instructor. 

As an instructor you will train all workers. This will be collaborative, and you will train in multiple areas around the county. Your responsibilities also include: 

  • Explaining and demonstrating material of processes and procedure.
  • Class management
  • Setting up and tear down classrooms.
  • Answering phone calls

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent from an accredited educational institution
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Microsoft Office competency
  • Good verbal and communication skills required 
  • Proficient /Experienced in Zoom
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks within deadlines
