Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a experienced Inside Sales Manager in Austin, TX. The Inside Sales Manager works from a foundation of positive brand awareness, differentiated product line and average customer lifetime of 20+ years. 

  • The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial attitude, the ability to multi-task in a changing environment, strong communication skills and cross-functional work ethic. 

  •  Drive solution selling by identifying customer needs, gathering information and requirements. 

  • Manage a high daily volume of inbound and outbound calls, quoting and turning quotes into sales. 

  • Identify new prospects via cold calling and online research. 

  • Build sustainable relationships, engage prospects with a ‘customer first’ mindset. 

  • Accountable as the primary contact for a dedicated geographic US customer list and performing various inside sales activities such as calls, customer service, etc. 

  • Recording sales activities via our CRM system 

Requirements :

 Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and problem-solving abilities 

  • Experience in a dedicated customer service and/or sales focused environment 

  • Friendly, collaborative and a desire to learn 

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM and best practices 

  • Proven track record of success in closing quotes and large deals.

  •  Track record of performing to or exceeding quotas 

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively 

  • Customer first attitude with ability to manage different personality types 

  •  Proficient in MS Office Suite 

  • Minimum of four years inside sales experience, manufacturing experience preferred. Benefits

  •  Base salary of $40K-$50K based upon qualifications and experience
