Openwork has partnered with a great company located in Greer is seeking a Customer Success Manager who is energetic, and has strong customer service skills.
This candidate will take ownership of the entire life cycle of customers’ new development projects to ensure successful completion. Review forecasts, bid/order specifications with customers, negotiate finalize requirements, and release sales orders. Manage customers’ needs, requests, and requirements from development to production.
Coordinate and direct activities with customers, engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and numerous suppliers and vendors to ensure customer expectations are being met. Report to the VP of Sales
Duties:
Review, interpret and prepare preliminary sales orders and develop new projects
Oversee the creation of approved equals, deviations and clarifications as needed for project
Maintain technical databases through Salesforce
Conduct pre-production meetings with customers, issue meeting notes, and release sales orders
Prepare Open Order reports
Prepare quotes
Discuss and negotiate production details with customers to optimize customer satisfaction, bid compliance production ease and cost control
Develop bid/build documents and customer communications
Help with customer acceptance using feedback to improve process/product
Respond promptly to customers’ and management requests and ensure completion

Entertain/host customers (Dinners, tours, special events) weekly (after hours)
Qualifications:
BA in Business Administration (preferred) or related field
Min 3 yrs sales account management or customer service experience
Understand and interpret bills of materials, engineering drawings, customer specifications and requirements
Must be organized, accurate and have the aptitude to manage, communicate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks on-time and within budget
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem solving skills to resolve customer complaints
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Work Environment:
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Sit, stand, and walk and occasionally kneel or squat
Light travel
8:00 am – completed
Fast paced environment
Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday and pay range is $22 - $27/hour. Overtime is required until projects completed
