Openwork is currently assisting the Harris County Toll Road Authority in their search for Collections and Escalations Representatives.  Your choice of jobs sites (no transfers permitted) either Spring Cypress Road (77373) or Harrisburg Blvd (77001).  As a Collections and Escalations Representative you will be interfacing with customers to process account maintenance queries, complaints and collections using your de-escalation, negotiation, collection or banking experience.  Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

  • One (1) year of collections of large dollar value and escalated accounts required
  • Minimum of (2) years experience in a customer service/relations/call center and/or banking preferred
  • Data Entry/Typing speed of at least 35 correct words per minute
  • De-escalation, negotiation, collection or banking experience
