CASHIER - WINDOW TELLER - WORK NEAR HOME - TEMP TO HIRE 

Openwork is currently assisting the Harris County Tax Office in their search to fill Cashier - Window Teller jobs Worksites are located throughout Harris County.  As a Cashier - Window Teller you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and timely front-line customer service to the public to transfer automobile titles and issue vehicle registration stickers and replacement plates. 

Responsibilities for the Cashier - Window Teller job include: 

• Review vehicle title paperwork for accuracy and entry into the computer system 

• Handle and balance money presented in payment 

• Submit close out reports at close of business day 

• Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public 

Qualifications: 

• A minimum of 6 months of employment experience that included cash handling and working directly with clients or customers  

• Must be able to type 30 WPM 

• Excellent communication skills 

• High school diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent

• $15.00 per hour 

• 40 Hour work week / Day hours: 7:45am – 4:45pm / Monday-Friday
