SEEKING BILINGUAL SPANISH RECEPTIONIST FOR CABINET DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE IN NORCROSS, GA!

 SHIFT: MONDAY – FRIDAY 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

PAY: $16.00/HR 

Job Description: 

  1. Welcome and assist client
  2. Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
  3. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  4. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  5. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms and brochures)
  6. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  7. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  8. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  9. Excel Experience Required  – Updating the customer log. Making sure that all info is up to date on customer log in Excel 

Job Requirements: 

Bilingual (Spanish) 

Relevant Receptionist/ Call Center Experience 

Intermediate Excel Experience- Required
